Equine Assisted Learning
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) is an experiential approach to learning life skills, teamwork, communication and leadership skills through the use of horses. Equine Assisted Learning is objectively based, where participants work with their horses and partners to complete obstacles on the ground. It encourages personal growth and learning, as well as growth within teams. Participants will engage in fun and exciting exercises, while learning valuable life skills.
Horses consistently react to stimulus from people around them. Horses live in the moment, want a relationship, and respond honestly to those around them. Being around horses also helps to build confidence, responsibility, accountability, integrity and compassion.
